Terrible service, rude, and have special rules that I have never seen in other airports! I would rather travel to Syracuse than book through here again!
Best lil Airport. Wish Airports everywhere were like this airport. Got to fly from Orlando Florida right into my old hometown ...instead of to Syracuse.
Customer service here is terrible! Everyone just walks right past doesn't even ask if you need asssistance and just ignores you like your not standing there! Awful!
This is a great airport, but there are no car rentals after the dinner hour. If you fly there, check-out the runways from the air: these are not commercial runways but most likely backup for Wheeler-Sack Army Air at Fort Drum. The TSA here is also reasonable; don't have their heads up their asses as in most airports. A good example for other facilities to copy!
One of the worst small airports I've been to. Is this place is a few decades behind the rest of the world. And there is never anyone around to help. It's a ghost airport.
